This registration form is for office record use only. After submitting this form, to book a spot in an adult group lesson on a particular date, please call us to book a spot, spaces are limitied. Booking starts at 8 am, 10 days prior to the scheduled date, please note we will not accept any bookings earlier than 10 days before. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.
Currently, we only take bookings for Hong Kong. If you are interested in classes based in our other cities please fill in this form with the preferred location and type of class and we will have a staff member reach out to you via your contact information.
